2. Payments, Refunds, & Cancellations

2.1 Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and digital payment platforms.

2.2 We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Motorcycle Mastery course. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at will@motorcyclemastery.com within 7 days of your purchase and must not have completed more than 30% of the course content. Course progress is tracked to ensure fair usage.

Please note: Payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe fees) are non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines

5.1 Respectful Participation: If this course includes a private community or forum, participants are expected to engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of disruptive behavior will result in removal without a refund.

5.2 No Unauthorized Advertising: You may not promote products, services, or solicit sales within the community unless explicitly approved by Motorcycle Mastery.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

7.2 Payouts: Affiliates earn a 40% commission on valid course sales tracked through their referral links. Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or direct deposit.

7.3 Prohibited Practices: Affiliates may not:

• Use false or misleading marketing tactics.

• Make false income or performance claims.

• Promote using spam, bots, or deceptive practices.

7.4 Account Termination: Any affiliate found to violate the rules may be removed from the program and forfeit unpaid commissions.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains valid during the installment period.

• Failure to complete all installment payments may result in permanent revocation of course access, without entitlement to refunds of prior installment payments.

• Installment payments are non-refundable after the standard refund period (if applicable) has expired.
